By booking a bicycle through BicycleRent, you agree to these terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid government-issued ID to rent a bicycle.
A refundable advance deposit is required at the time of booking. The hourly rental charges will be calculated based on actual usage time. The difference between the advance and actual charges will be refunded automatically.
You are responsible for the bicycle during the rental period. Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse will be charged to the customer. Always use the provided helmet while riding.
Bicycles must be returned to the same location from where they were picked up. Late returns may incur additional charges at the applicable hourly rate.
Bookings can be cancelled before the pickup time for a full refund of the advance. Cancellations after pickup time are subject to our refund policy.
