When you return the bicycle, the actual usage charges are calculated based on the hourly rate. The difference between your advance deposit and the actual charges is refunded to your original payment method automatically.
Refund = Advance Amount - (Actual Hours Used x Hourly Rate x Number of Cycles). The actual hours are rounded up to the nearest hour.
Refunds are processed immediately upon cycle return. The amount typically reflects in your account within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Full refund is provided for cancellations made before the scheduled pickup time. No refund for no-shows or cancellations after pickup time.
